The Jacksonville Real Estate Academy conducts both pre-licensing and post-licensing courses.
Broker Pre-licensing Course
We have two real estate classes each week for our pre-licensing courses.
Our Weekday classes are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's and the weekend classes are Saturday's and Sunday's from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Each scheduled class runs for a period of 6 weeks.
The cost of our course is $450. We require a minimum $225 deposit when you enroll for a class and you have until the second week of class to pay the remaining $225. We ask that you be signed up at least one week prior to the start date of a class, or there is a $20 last minute sign-up fee.
All books and class handouts are included in price.
Post-licensing Course
For information on our post-licensing courses please call the number listed below or send us an email. You must already hold a license to attend post-licensing.
North Carolina no longer has what used to be called a salespersons license. We are now a broker only state and the pre-licensing course is designed to help you obtain your provisional broker license.
